REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRATION AND FEES
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
1) Application form
2) Two passport size photographs
3) Evidence of nationality, copy of first two pages of passport
4) Notarized copy of Degree, Diploma, Course Certificate and available Post-Graduate
Degree. All documents must be in English or translated by a registered public interpreter
and certified by a Notary Public
5) Curriculum vitae (Resume)
6) Notarized copy of current registration and or practicing license
7) Two letters of moral character reference, one professional and one personal
8) Certificate that no legal action was taken or pending against you from current
Registration Board/Council
9) Medical certification of fitness to work
10) Evidence to prove competency in English Language, both verbal and writing skills (for
Non-English speaking persons)
11) Evidence of indemnity coverage applicable in Grenada. (This is not applicable for
persons who provide voluntary services duly sponsored by Civil Service Organization,
Faith Based Organization and Non-Governmental Organizations)
12) Police record/certificate from places resided within last five years
FEES: Application & Processing Fee: National & Regional Credentials - $105 Non refundable International Credentials - $205
Registration Fee: Nationals/Citizens - $300 Non-nationals - $400
License to Practice: $300(every three years)
